  • Turns an idea for a role into a live post in ~5 minutes. A guided 5-step wizard captures title, intake form, automation, scorecards, and distribution — then broadcasts to your careers page, Google for Jobs, Indeed, and HubSpot.
  • Filters applicants before you read a single resume. Knockout questions auto-reject the “no”s with a polite email you control; everyone else enters the pipeline tagged with an AI-parsed resume and a match score.
  • Grades every candidate automatically. Three AI outputs — Job Fit (resume vs. requirements), Round Summary (what your interviewers collectively think), and Candidate Assessment (a deep read on demand) — distill every signal into a one-page verdict.
  • Runs structured interviews without the paperwork. Reusable scorecard templates, per-round rubrics, tokenized interviewer links (no login required), auto-reminders, and meeting-based scorecard suggestions from HubSpot calendar events.
